Kilkenny Arts Festival Online Campaign
For the first year ever, in 2009, Kilkenny Arts Festival had a dedicated online PR campaign manager.
In a few short months, from a festival with no facebook page, no twitter, no blog, I developed a comprehensive online campaign for the festival which succeeded in:
> Gathering 1,500 active Facebook fans
> Developing a daily blog review of 80% of the events happening across the festival including podcasts of events, videos uploaded within 3 hours of events, photographs and blog posts
> 350 Twitter followers (and counting!)
The online campaign contributed greatly to the 25% increase in ticket sales Kilkenny Arts Festival experienced in 2009.
